Libbty, I differ from Olu here, so I'm going to butt in with my viewpoint.

Both qcom and cmrc are LT buy-and-holds. Trade them if you want, but remember that whenever you are out of these stocks, the risk of doing so is probably greater than the reward. That being said, these stocks are both at levels where it makes sense to start building a position. If they pull back further from here, buy more. I don't expect cmrc to decline below 305 ST. Nor do I expect QCOM to get below 345 ST.
