The numbers are not being released yet because all the papers have not been signed. The deal should be closed in the next few weeks. I was not given any numbers but was told that the deal was small. We should know all the details in within a month or less.

Sapper - I think that the actual news release described a letter of intent, not a final deal, and I don't think the price would be made public until everything was finalized...especially with other companies also looking for a cheap yet profitable core business for the same reason JDX needed one...somebody correct me if I'm wrong!
