Given that it made 1/4 mil US profit last year on 2m revenues, and revenues were expected to be 3m this year, getting it for <1m CDN would be quite a deal - wouldn't surprise me though! Nice to see them pick up a core making that kind of money with what appears to very little marketing effort. Much better in fact than what I was anticipating, which was picking up a money-losing or at best break-even core closer to the TSE deadline. Though thinking about it, even those would be rapidly scooped up by anybody with the cash facing the proposition of being booted from the TSE. Good decision to pick it up now.
