It didn't go to $30 because of market condition, and CHINA's performance.
I can short but have to call. I use mytrack. Every time I called to short, I got duplicated orders: order 1000 shares, you got 2000 shares in your account.

CPIH shares must be more available now. I got some this AM from NFSC and they NEVER have the good shorts.
