"SBC is taking 3dSL for Pronto project..."

ZO,
Can I ask where you found this information at? NN was extremely tight-lipped about their place in SBC's recently announced, "Project Pronto."
Thanks,
MikeM(From Florida)

Zbyslaw,

Thank for the tip I'll give them a look. I'm hot on solid tech. companies. Let me return the favor. Look at GALT and PHTN.

GALT is in switching chips and are bringing a new chip out for the telcom market. They are down a little and in a good buy postion. Their sheet is a thing of beauty. Good products, good profits and a good outlook. Cisco is a buyer of their products.

PHTN makes equipment for testing and repairing FPD's (flat panel displays). They are building momentum and will likely continue to gain with the FPD market. Recently purchased a company for testing medical equipment. Good divestiture.

I'll add LMDS to my watch list.

How do you know that Bell Canada is evaluating 3dsl, and how do you know that NN will announce another major US telco for 3dsl this quarter? What is your basis for saying the "Both 3dsl and LMDS are access technology which produce several times higher revenue than core.? Are you talking about sales, gross margins? From where are you getting this information. Whatever your assertions are, NN did not give those specifics during the last conference call, did they?
