Don, why would anyone in any substantial way act contrary to their interests. Everyone by and large talks their position. If you're substantially long you tend to focus on the positives, if you're in with a small position you tend to be a little more balanced in your focus - if you're short or not in you tend to be more focused on the negative. Why would you expect Unclewest or yourself for that matter to operate contrary to that. If the thread as a whole is a good one which RMBS was, the mix of investment positions will provide the mix of posts to help with investment decisions. Rich

How can you say rambus is over sold.? The adoption of pc133 and possible intel support of ddr slow the real ramp of rambus till the 3rd qtr of 2000. Rambus is high priced at 75.

Don,

Rambus seems a tad bit oversold at this point.

What's the PE? <VBGGGGGG>

Re: <Rambus seems a tad bit oversold at this point.>

I tend to agree with this, but that doesn't mean that it won't get more oversold. Hopefully it won't fall much below $70, but then again RMBS definitely qualifies as an "end of the year tax seller".

How low do you think RMBS will go, before bouncing back up to $90+?
