ADI My friend called the company about the 8k report that filed by ADI last week. Simply stated ADI filed that 8k report to protect themselves from a hostile takeover. Now I have talked this over with a couple of trader friends. Rumor is that ADI will get taken out by INTC. This is posted on the Yahoo thread. Now my friends tell me that just maybe... and this is a big maybe... INTC or whomever if anyone is buying ADI may have required ADI to file that 8k to protect their interest in buying them. Makes sense to me. dawg
