Yahoo board says Cien guiding EPS lower. I believe that they are in their quiet period. It's clearly illegal to be "guiding" anything anywhere. Furthermore, if somebody says something like that, the company can't really defend themselves vigorously by issuing denials. In fact, I recall that analysts were revising estimates upward last week. Gee, you don't suppose someone is trying to manipulate us, do you ? :-)
