yep... go figure.. the one night I dont have the cash (as stated previously if you were paying attention) they try and give me IPO shares.. anyway it worked itself out.. and I have NO problem whining about the IPO process that etrade has.. I'll keep whining (as you put it) until they change it.. I dont want to change brokers... I just dont appreciate the way they allocate and am hopeful that they make it more fair for everyone.. especially those who do the kind of business that I do. back to whining privately, jim ps.. I normally have funds to get "an IPO" I just didn't last night because I held Kim's ASDS after buying at $19.. I see that stock is closing at $16 today.. so now I wish I had sold it... but that's okay.. we live with our decisions
