An individual posting on the Yahoo thread speculates
that Jabil Circuit (JBL) may purchase our ACTM:

messages.yahoo.com

This individual makes the following points:

+ JBL has filed a shelf registration that could
net them about $750 million.

+ At $45/sh (a 50% premium over the current price)
ACTM would cost about $700 million.

+ Such a 50% premium would be reasonable since its
about the same as that paid for SMOD.

+ With an estimated FY00 EPS of $1.66 for ACTM, such
a purchase would be immediately accretive to JBL.

This individual also states that the two businesses look
highly compatible.
