they have some significantly undervalued assets relative to the market, and are doing what they need to do to have those realized in the stock price. (mid-upper teens seems likely, upper 20s not at all unreasonable)

They will be in Boston next Wednesday as featured presenters to the National Association of Stock Brokers (and have a compelling presentation regarding their under-appreciated assets). Their presentations at AEA two weeks ago saw the stock move from 2s to ~5, and then a presentation last week to the New York chapter of the NASB saw the move from 5 to 6 1/2.

They have plans to meet with small cap fund managers in the near future. They should be cashflow positive as early as this Q, and earnings positive by March '00.

Each of their four business divisions is worth more (by industry comps) than the current whole company market cap, and they plan to be aggressive in maximizing shareholder value. (...for instance, their services division which has been getting a fair amount of business from Cisco since Lucent bought competitor INS [International Network Services] could be monetized in the near future.
