CB, Would you be kind enough to share your Receipe for the Spinach Onion Quiche ??' I love to cook and I just purchased a Vita Mix.. $$$$ is a killer, but it is the most amazing Kitchen Appliance I have found in a long time ..It comes with a Dry Blade attachment and it grinds grains to make flour and then you can whip up a loaf of bread in minutes in the same container.. :-))))))))))))) What a delight..Hot Yeasty Breads..and one knows what is in them, It also makes Hot Soup (friction heat) as well as Sorbet' and all sorts of drinks in between. I highly recommend this Machine to everyone in a Hurry whewwww. to be healthy...;-)
