INTC has always been a strange stock. It seems to
over-react to bad news, under-react to good news, then run up 50% for no reason. It's a hard stock to trade but an
easy stock to buy and hold.


Good way of putting it. Maybe the 50% runs are partly caused by institutional buying? There used to be a guy around here that frequently talked block money flow. Problem was, when he claimed it was negative, Intel generally was going up anyway. I have no clue either.
