PC and Internet users worldwide can now call 12 pan-European countries
with Access Power, Inc.'s (OTCBB:ACCR) unique "unlimited calling"
flat-rate long-distance service alternative.
Douglas Bottomley, senior vice president of marketing for Access Power,
said Europe is an important market for Access Power. "Adding the
European community increases Net.Caller's(TM) PC-to-phone coverage area
to about 80% of the world's Internet users. This launch reemphasizes
our efforts to introduce Net.Caller's flat-rate pricing around the

European Plus Plan offers unlimited flat-rate calling for $20 per month
-- callers anywhere in the world can use their desktops to call 12
European countries, the U.S, Puerto Rico and Canada. Access Power also
offers a North American Plan for $10 per month -- calls can originate
from anywhere in the world to anywhere in the U.S., Puerto Rico and
