For what it's worth I've unfortunately been involved in a number of class action suits. Basically, if you rummage through your depressing records, make copies, send them in and wait a year or two you could net ten or twenty bucks. Or not. Like in so many other areas of modern life, this mainly benefits the lawyers. I tend to throw them out -my 2 cents ps- I did get $60 worth of TYC in return for losing $5000 or so through USS... but the TYC appreciated AFTER the award (the award which was less than one share).
