I started using the 3 minute bars because I often would trade first thing in the morning, and these bars give a clearer picture of the first hour or so of the day. Later in the day, I sometimes revert to a five minute bar setup.

The "Turtle Soup" setup is a bit of a mystery to me even though I keep reading about it here and there. Could you explain it a bit - like how you use it in your trading.
