People were anticipating a second Internet acquisition
and they didn't get it.

I think the key addition to that phrase is "yet" Claude - I wouldn't be surprised to see something more come down the pipe very soon, after all the deal to buy a core co. to stay on the tse can't be the only thing they've been working on. Maybe next Tuesday's your day, eh Marcos? :)

BTW, I found an interesting reference today, if you go to hoovers.com and look at their capsule on medsite, they specifically mention JDX as a current investor in their writeup, first US third-party article I've seen connecting the two.

Claude...

I'm looking forward to my free newsletter when the time comes <ggg>

I did play BAY just like I said I would in a private message. However I played it as a momentum play and had nothing to add to the thread from a fundamental point of view....again, great call on your part.

Although I don't think there is a single chance that JDX will be delisted from the TSE, this acquisition will facilitate the Nasdaq listing next year.

Claude...I don't know if you have heard the talk but the TSE is clearing house big time in the next 4 months. There have already been a flood of delisting announcements and it is going to get a lot worse in the coming months. Of course JDX is sitting fine now but without a core company with revenues they were not going to keep their listing. I do agree that this will help them big time with a US listing.

Best Regards
KEITH
