NEW YORK, Nov 23 (Reuters) - SoundView Technology Group said on Tuesday it raised its price target on telecommunications equipment maker Nortel Networks Corp. (NYSE:NT - news) (Toronto:NT.TO - news) to $110 from $75.

RTHM,NPNT,COVD Thoughts on the recent weakness: Bob Kern, portfolio manager of the Fremont US Micro-Cap, is shunning these stocks, especially those providing fast internet service. He questions what will happen to the stocks of these CLEC's when the Baby Bells begin to aggressively market their own DSL services by undercutting on price. Bob says "It's very difficult to be a successful "me too" micro-cap doing the same thing as a large company.
