CB..Thank you..It sounds wonderful..I will try it after this holiday :-) Making Pie Crust, Bread etc..Is so easy in the Vita Mix..I cannot believe it..I have always used my food processor in the past..but this is sooooo much easier..the expense is worth it...It is so easy to clean, all you do is put a cup of water and two drops of dish detergent in it and turn it on then rinse..it is done:-) That almost scares me..since I am still waiting for the Washing Machine and Dryer that will do it all including sort and fold the clothes, but then again...I am the nut' who is waiting for Dick Tracy's Air Car too..ahhhhh well ;-) PS I like the Idea of heavy cream...and prick that crust...lol
