Well, as for precedent, There has been action, whether purely legislative or not. Remember MSFT. Just because it did not go against MSFT does not mean that precedent has not been set.

Want to explain this little motormouth drivel view of legal precedent, Reggie? After all this time, it still puzzles me.

under $100 for quite a while now, while the DOW &
NASDAQ set new records. Don't you get it???
