See the Yahoo research layout on SEI. They look much stronger than VTS earnings wise. They have banked 45¢ in earnings in the fiirst 6 months of year 99. They are stating in press releases, "As we stated last week, we continue
to utilize excess cash flow generated by record library sales throughout 1999 to buy company stock
in the open market."

Seems to me they are implying that the 70¢ estimate for 1999 could easily be crushed. With E & P ramp-ups already taking place....SEI appears well positioned to me. Even if they just make 70¢ they will be at a sub-10 current earnings PE with Boom 2000 dead ahead. Nuff said?

What Happened to Seitel?

Bull: It was the subject of a Barrons expose titled "Data Mining - Seitel Boosts Profits by Writing Down Costs Slowly" back in June.
