Guess again.....

Lucent
For the fiscal year ended September 30, 1999, revenues increased 20 percent to $38.303 billion. Net income rose 46 percent to $3.833 billion or $1.22 a share for the fiscal year, excluding one-time events.

Not too bad but.....

Cisco
For the fiscal year ended 7/31/99, net sales rose 43% to $12.15 billion. Net income rose 55% to $2.1 billion.

Cisco has less than 1/3 the sales of Lucent (currently) <vbg>, and more than half the net income...and are aggressively entering LU's market...

You've been wrong for so long now, who cares. Jeff

MM,

Why do you add nothing to the discussion, only badmouth CSCO? Why not go to the LU thread and sing its praises? If CSCO goes bankrupt at some point in the future, you can come back and say I told you so.
