I agree that in terms of taking out stops, there is manipulation... maybe even considered recreational during slow times. When you say more elastic, do you mean that it always overshoots the large by a couple of ticks? Seems like every time I try and use limits to enter, I'm left on the sideline unless I don't want to be there after all. Or do you mean limits at the current market (so as to prevent slippage)? Market is 1412.50 by .75, long entry limit buy .75?

If you would use fewer entries, would you then use a slower MA for a signal so as to get to the party a little later, and thereby missing out on the fakes? Or would you just take a little more risk on the stops? I'm averaging 9 R/T per day and when the market is sideways I'm dropping 75-100 per false alarm including costs.

Thanks for taking the time to answer. I appreciate it. I have been spoiled by electronic execution (NASDAQ day trading) and like the execution of the mini. If only I could get the system refined a little better.

Matt
