BW,

thanks a lot for your humorous and at the same time useful (see IDX) posts.

I'm eagerly awaiting Zicam results in the next Q reports.

(the autumn & winter period tends to favor these stocks, i remember ENML hit $10 in December, Januar but its inevitable fall began shortly thereafter, together with their lack of cash earnings).

Also, thanks to person who brought THQI; whatever the market does, it goes up (with a little help from ERTS).

LMAO!

You are the crook, bud, and also a low class individual for referring to the officers at Gum Tech as "a bunch of crooked bastards".

Fact: Gum Tech does not sell Zicam on consignment PERIOD.

Fact: Many retailers sold out of Zicam after the USA Today article was printed and the company is shipping product daily to restock the shelves. I have personally verified that a local Walmart is out of Zicam, but one can hardly extrapolate this to a nationwide study. This also applies to your "retail contacts". Who did you talk to?...the cashier of a single drugstore where you live? Who are your contacts and what chains do they have information about?

Fact: There is sell through to consumers. Why else did Gel Tech receive orders for about $8 million of product in just the last few weeks? Why else were sales three x the third quarter on Nov 12 and five x sales on Nov 18, only a few days later?? Are you now alleging that Gum Tech lied in its press release?

Fact: The worth of Zicam will be determined by consumers. It will not be determined by a worthless, lying, zero integrity short seller named "Bill Wexler".

You have gone off the deep end, Bill. Good luck to you when you go for rehabilitation.

"According to my own sources and research, Zicam has not been moving any product off the shelves except in "token" quantities (the EXACT words from one of my retail contacts)."

Bill, you have to realize that it's getting near Christmas now and pro's like Danny "The Shill" Zimmerman must step up their hype machine and post extra hard in order to earn this years Christmas bonus. You wouldn't want all the little shills to go without presents this year, would you?
