I have Etrade too. This is my third AOL split and Etrade always takes 1-2 days to get it together. Their portfolio manager is screwed up too right now if your accessing the service from AOL. Imagine that. DB

Yes, me too. Etrade Plain SUCKS. It is the absolute worst. I have a Datek account as well which is 100% better, more accurate on the real time quotes, faster, immediate confirmation of orders and executions and split adjustments. Etrade royally blows.
Today I had a limit order to buy SEBL (on the Etrade account)which wasn't filled even though it clearly hit the target ($70 1/8) and sat under it for about 5 minutes. I then called up their lame customer service number, waited and listened to friggin Musak for 10 minutes before talking to one of their meathead reps.

Sorry for the venting.
Finally out of the woods with AOL. Always kept the faith, although it was stretched thin during the 80 ~ 90s period.

I'm a Happy camper again, glad I held and added to my position.

Regards.
Jose
