OK John. You win. Valence is a wonderful company run by top-notch managers that only care about increasing shareholder value. The stories about exploding batteries are not true - probably just lies planted by short sellers. The sales of tens of millions in stock by Lev Dawson prior to revelations that Valence's deals and contracts with MOT were unraveling was simply a coincidence. Valence's press releases are always straightforward and don't attempt to obfuscate anything. The SEC documents detailing Valence's unbroken string of zero revenue quarters, massive losses and toxic convertible debt resulting in stock dilution are "rear-view mirror" issues of no concern to intelligent investors who will no doubt become rich rich RICH by investing in this company.
