But I also heard from good sources that current TSE listed companies that satisfied the minimum market cap and minimum assets requirements will benefit from sort a tacit grand'father clause. IOW, they wont be delisted even if they don't have a operating business generating revenues.

Even if this is the case, I still believe that purchasing a core
operating business makes sense due to the NASDAQ rules. If Jordie
can announce a few more deals like Medsite, then have Medsite go
public early next year, then announce a move to the NASDAQ,
then I say we would really get to enjoy some of that blue sky
everyone keeps talking about.
