Daiju, Having written my previous post to you, I just read it again about 15 minutes later. I'd like to add a couple points. Perhaps I wasn't clear enough in last night's post. Given my understanding of your impressions of ERP, my recommendation would be that you not invest in CRM. If I had the impressions of ERP that you have I couldn't possibly justify an investment in CRM. I was not intending to be coy in expressing that thought. If for any reason I caused you to think I was being coy, I apologize. I think you're being more than a little presumptuous in writing that I've been "less than helpful" to you. It's not my obligation to be helpful to you. It's my obligation to be civil and appreciative that you have every right to disagree with me. I'd appreciate the same from you in lieu of a reproach for not being helpful. Again, the best of luck to you in your investments. --Mike Buckley
