I actually tried to short Quigley when it was flying. It was impossible to get a borrow in size though.

This is a great time for Biotech shorts, I don't remember the last time so many bio-frauds floated to the surface in one clump like this. I made a fortune shorting ZONA (phony ED drug), MCHM (phony ED drug), HEPH (phony AIDS drug based on the quack cure-all DHEA), TXB (Zonagen connection), ARNX (Zonagen connection), ENML (flouride toothpaste fraudulently promoted as "enamel restorer"), etc. etc.

The GUMM fraud will soon be joining this long list.

I think the analogy you use is more appropriately Wexler leading you to a "conclusion"....
