WM: I think you should watch your step.

MVEE is legally listed for trading in the US by their listing on the OTC:BB. I'd say your statement is NOT CORRECT.

MVEE is a Canadian company with financials filed in Canada. MVEE legally trades on the OTC:BB.

I have never seen any of the movies that MVEE actually produced.

Well, then do some DD. You can rent Grizzly Mountain or JCVD's most recent movie. I have seen Speedway Junky (which will be in theaters early in 2000) and been to a discussion session (after SJ) with TC and Gus Van Sant (executive producer).

The company is run by somebody who has no movie business experience.

While it's true TC has no movie experience (CEO), he does have experience running public companies which I think is more important. Others on the board and in the company do have movie experience.

Check EINI filing Form 10 for detail of EINI which will probably closely follow the final managment of MVEE plus some others.
