137 people in an unscientific poll is not a very strong argument. I like EETimes but I would be more convinced if the poll was taken by a Software Engineering related rag or something using some kind of statistically sound polling method.

Most the engineers around here don't seem to care one way or the other but are more interested in the prospect of a "refund" from the Class-Action suit in this state. Especially those who found out that they may have paid more for Windows than they had to. They feel like they were "taken" or something.
