The fact that others don't have a T1 or cable is very relevant to them...there's no way they can compete for FCFS. BTW, I got a cable modem the same week that etrade went from FCFS to lottery. Never got FCFS with 56k modem despite logging a lifetime in front of the screen. I like lottery. I carry 3 etrade accounts, and allocations come and go, but overall, made some real good free money -- just recently SAGI, TIXX and DIGI today. I just keep playing the numbers and flipping my tail off.
