I don't know if DLJ has anything to do with it, I think it is just QP players bailing, coupled with the overall profit-taking today. I've seen this many times recently, where the price targets that come with the buy recs are not significantly higher then the current price the stock will sell off for a few days. When the stock fails to run on the day the recs come out, the short term players jump ship. Once the price targets(105 here I believe) offer enough potential appreciation the buying will come back in. I'm holding both BSQR and NAVI, and they both sold off after recs came out then a couple of days later proceeded to new highs. While I'm no longer an investor here(rode her 48-100), I do believe this is a solid company and I can't see it going below 70.

How do you know that DLJ is dumping stock? How can you tell unless you are an insider or a broker or ???

I'd like to be able to know who are the big sellers/buyers of any stock.

thanks
Philip
