marcos They could always call a special shareholder's meeting (egm)... I doubt we will have to wait until spring to ratify the name change! AK

marcos You will see a name change very soon. Companies can do special votes and don't have to wait until the annual meeting (e.g. call a special shareholder's meeting). I said this a long time ago that JDX would wait until they had news before they changed their name. Once they have the news out they could mail it out to shareholders along with a ballot. I would be surprised if it isn't changed in the next month. I already asked Jim and he said the new name would be funky (my words). Best Regards KEITH
