<May be we should start planning a little get together for AMD longs at the next shareholder's meeting. It would be a good excuse to celebrate the stock's new all time high expected right around that time.>

Proof first, I say...

Hi kapkan4u:

I'm with you! All of a sudden that $48 doesn't seem like such a stretch...Nor for that matter does the $1 billion in revenues.

The flash memory potential could support the current price of $27 by itself. Tack on whatever is reasonable for Athlon and you can't come up with less than $48, AMD's all-time high.

I just don't think there is much stock available between $28 and $48, so once $28 is pierced, the gap bridging $48 could be closed very rapidly. Nothing but good news expected to close out the year and bring on the new year. Yes AMD will catch fire...and when US tech stocks catch fire, they quite often go further than can reasonably be expected.

Just have a feeling that the next upleg is about to begin as early as tomorrow. Would be a welcome introduction to the US Thanksgiving!
