CT: He owes himself one if he doesn't want to be overturned. This is not some kangaroo court. These are very untried waters and you just can't go substituting opinion and conclusion for facts. He is getting the cart before the horse. Conclusions in law come next. Where does the $49 per O/S number come from? What are these mythical products that have been prevented by MSFT from coming t fruition which have in turn by their lack of appearing harmed consumers? This is "bizarro". JFD
