Do you know what companies are included in the fabless chip model?
try xilinx; also, keep in mind that qcom is not just making chips, but collecting royalties as well. when your gross margins close to 100% on a significant portion of total revs, high price to sales is deserved. there may not be another co. out there today with a really comparable model

ATML has its own fabs. I know specifically of a major one in France. Also, they just bought a fab shell in Texas from (I think) Hitachi.
