Starting to find stuff on the players of MF Private Capital...I'm starting to get very impressed.

Mr.Brackett founded MF Private Capital, Inc., a merchant bank and registered broker-dealer, in 1998 and currently serves as a managing director. From February 1995 to December 1997, Mr. Brackett managed the Corporate Advisory and Investment Banking services for The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Capital Corporation (http://www.btm.co.jp/). In case people don't know the name it is only one of the largest banks in the world.

From March 1994 to February 1995 Mr. Brackett was President and Chief Operating Officer of State Street Business Group, an investment banking firm (http://www.statestreet.com/). This is almost as impressive as Tokyo-Mitsubishi. State Street has over 17,000 employees and a global network that spans 89 markets and offices located in 23 countries. Last quarter they had revenue of $775 million with profits of $126 million.

Mr. Brackett also serves on the board of directors of several private companies. Mr. Brackett holds a B.A. degree in Political Science from BatesCollege.

Now this is someone with a past!!!!!!!!!!

And just think....any deals that he finds we can take a chunk of. Did I mention that I am buying more <ggggg>

Best Regards
KEITH

<<<I don't think this is retail, and if it is in fact the beginning of institutional buying, odds are they'll want a whole lot more than just this.>>>

<<<Kevin, not that it should matter now, but that was retail buying.>>>

Ari, with due respect I think you're mistaken. Since the beginning of November, Nesbitt is now up a whisper shy of 600,000 shares, which is another +200,000 shares in the past 4 trading days over and above the initial 400,000 shares that I spoke of.

Now either you're someone with very deep pockets or it is somehow institutionally related. Personally, I'll bet on the latter and this buying does continue to intrigue me.

As for your personal slants Ari, I think they are best left "off thread" as they never show the author in a favourable light and tend to be an annoyance to others interested in intelligent discussion of the company at hand. In this light, I will address you by PM.

Regards,

Kevin

Just got a chance to look at today's trading and find that DS were net sellers of 100k today! The next biggest net seller was only down 13K. Nice to see this short term price weakness isn't the result of any sort of widespread sell-off. Makes me feel more confident to get back on the bid tomorrow.
