How about telling us your short and long positions? So we know where you're coming from.

I am short.

You mentioned Afrayem as a pump&dump promoter of SNMM.

SNMM is/was one of his many promotions.

I guess Afrayem is also clairvoyant, as he knew this would happen?

Given that he promotes pump-n-dump OTC BB stocks, the ultimate outcome didn't surprise anyone who did research (although intervention by the Canadian authorities was a surprise to me, but I never followed SNMM very closely).

I will say it again, I have yet to see ANY stock promoted by Afrayem fail to be dumped.

1. How did Afrayem get two college profs to go along with his pump & dump?

I have no idea, nor was I saying they were. BTW, just because you have a doctorate, does that make you immune from fraud?

2. I guess he also conned Molex, too?

Who knows, never said he did or didn't. I don't know how he got involved with LUMM, but it is a very, very bad sign for shareholders that he is involved.

3. The several forum members that visited the plant and talked to the principals are also part of the pump & dump?

Every P&D scheme has so-called forum members who visit the company and rave about what a great investment it is. When confronted with facts, the call in the certs campaign commences.

I am not accusing anyone here of being a tout as I have no evidence of it yet, but everything here is running par for the course.
