We just find out that the guy getting us deals just came from heading The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Capital Corporation

Saw your post on that earlier, Keith. Un <expletive deleted>-ing* believable!

I've now freed up those funds I needed to improve my position in JDX. How high do you want me to run this? </dreamin' big>

I'm a skeptic from 'way back, Keith, but I can't find a lot to be skeptical about here.

Keith,
The granting of options to the Argentum Group as our buy in to their operation and consequently their motivation to see Jordex succeed is a huge opportunity for us. As I read further into the deal, I see that 34 % of the options we will grant them require shareholder approval. Do you know why shareholder approval is required on only a portion of the options?
Secondly, in re-reading the release on the alliances I have come to the conclusion that a huge expansion of Jordex available investment funds will be forthcoming. Obviously PPs and issuance of shares will be coming soon and hopefully they will be substantial in order for us to fully capitalize on the abundance of investment opportunities that will be coming our way.
The appointment of Dale Flanagan of TMP Worldwide to Jordex's Advisory committee makes much sense since the growth of JDX will conceivably be exponential and the need for additional highly qualified management on the team will no doubt become a priority.
I'm thinking (concluding) that things are going to get hectic and exciting very fast. I have to believe that this sophisticated and powerful structure that has been assembled is going to perform some pretty heady moves and I expect it is going to happen faster and harder than even we might hope for. I honestly don't think most of us (even the rabid bulls) quite realize the magnitude of what is happening here.

keith, what JDX is doing is incredible for a small company(soon not to be a small company)!

Appears to be a little jockeying for shares this morning<gg> I just got filled for another 2K at 1.23, not my whole order because it popped up again immediately. I should have followed your lead and bought more yesterday.:) Of course, now I will probably have to chase it.

And on the third day Jordy rose again<gg> couldn't resist that!!
