Flipping IPOs - I'm in favor of removing any and all restrictions on flipping. In my opinion the role of flipping is to place IPO shares in the hands of those investors who want them the most. If I get an IPO and want to own it that's great. If the stock reaches a price where I want to sell then I should be able to sell it to another investor who does want to own the stock at that price.
