No Sid, you are doing a fine job on your own of making a public ass out of yourself. However, I do think that it is time to test SI's subpeona policy.

Anyone who wants true and accurate information on DCHT can readily find it at the SEC archive sec.gov

and at their website

They deliver their first 3kW fuel cell in the next few weeks and anticipate follow up orders upon the successful demonstartion that the fuel cell works; and it does.

DCHT doesnt threaten ballard, and indeed is a Ballard supplier; just call balard and ask them. As I have witnessed Ballard executives publicly praise DCH's work, I need not respond to Sid's nonsense. (besides, there are a certain set of eyes that may be watching, and she knows who she is, :-)
