Not to my knowledge but he is not the CEO either John Harris is and that report is wrong because their is only 2.5M in the float not 7.5. Mr. Stidham stepped in as a consult to clean up the previous management and get the stock moving forward which is clearly demonstrated in the news releases. He got in trouble in Canada because he returned investment money to US investors when he discovered a possible scam was happening through some shady Canadian oil brokers. This ticked a bunch of lets say opportunist Canadian brokers off and he was banned from doing further dealings in Canada for 15 - 20 years 15 years ago I think. However, not one US investor got burnt on that deal. Again No good deed will go unpunished. GC you I have flagged as one of the Canadian posters that lies and twists everything possible to harm certain people since you lost your backside on MINE and were exposed as such on MINE. I also believe to are connected to another source in Canada who is the brother of the CEO I blew the whistle on in MIDL. Mr. Stidham played a big role and funded a lot of the actions to get back everything and undo what that CEO did. You also want to blame the scape goat attorney I called in desperation to help the shareholders because we were getting ripped off. Next you character assassinate everyone connected to going after the ones that tried to tag the shareholders for 18 months and he had nothing to do with company or the deal until I called him.
