Yes, I did. The problem was silly and stupid, and no one thought of it except the technician who came. I have basic cable because I also have satellite. The cable internet pipleline uses a high 'frequency' whereas basic cable uses a low one. So, when they swept the area recently, someone put a lock on my cable when they were not supposed to. Arrgghh!
