SBergelow - I hope you or the poster is right. I don't see any dilution if they raise needed $ via a secondary offering. The offering will be at market price (a little below) and would raise them $ 50-100M which should take care of any needed capital for the forseeable future.

In the long run, additional offerings or involvement by investment banks are irrelevant. It will be the unmistakable evidence of USAGE of these services that will drive this stock to great heights.
