niceguy767 - OTOT <The Reds are my favourite baseball team (if the Blue Jays are not included in the list),>

This spelling of favourite obviously puts you in the present or former British Empire, and reference to Blue Jays strongly suggests ties to Canada, if not Ontario.

Have any opinion of US citizens claiming the title of "American", like we own the whole damn N. and S. versions of it? ;-)

BTW, do you like the NBA, and if so , which team(s) you like? The Raptors?

RE <<The Reds are my favourite baseball team (if the Blue Jays are not included in the list), Chris Matthews of "Let's Play Hardball" is one of my favourite talk show hosts and I'm looking forward to visiting the U.S. at least a half dozen times in Y2000.>>>

Yep, there it is the infamous 'ou' MISspelling as in favourite or rumour....there are others on the thread.

Intc wouldn't have them which is actually a good thing.
