You are entitled to your opinion and Gum Tech's attorneys are entitled to theirs. I'll stick with the opinion of Gum Tech's attorneys, who are well respected for FTC issues, over that of a short seller who has ulterior motives. BTW, your stepping up the hype machine comment is more appropriately directed at Wexler. I only posted here because Wexler posted more bullsh*t last night, or maybe your memory span is too short to remember that.
