We're up about 6.00! Why?

The only news looks like it was not positive and released about 3:00am: "11/24/99 - Microsoft Will Not Renew Non-Compete Pact with Florida Software Firm"

Yet the stock shoots up on heavy volume. There's something going on. Is it possible that this will release Citrix from obligations to MSFT and allow CTXS to deal more openly with (or to be acquired by) a MSFT competotor (SUNW or ORCL)?
