I had problems logging in as well this morning. Took about 15min after the open before I finally got through.

Yesterday I did get through on the phone and asked about the status of my account. I have an order from Monday and they could not confirm if was filled or not. The support person said that he would get on it and find out in the next 15min and email me the status right away. That was yesterday morning, as of today I have not heard anything back from them.

It is getting difficult to continue to support them with this level of service/performance. Still I will wait it out until after the holidays to see if there are any improvements.
