Sid, I know this is hard for you, but please try not to read anything into my written
word,

As this press release from June 1998 will unequivocally demonstrate, Matech was
clearly indicating publicly a full 8 months before DCH made their release, that they
were in the early stages of deploying bridge monitoring systems on 4 bridges to start,
in New Jersey and Alabama.

dljdirect.com.

That the project would require hydrogen sensors is not as black and white, but the
early detection of the off gassing of hydrogen would make a major difference in the
extent of the discovered damage, and subsequently, lower repair costs, as it bridge
repair is estimated to be a $9 Billion a year annual business.

That DCH believed they would have a large market as a result of Matech's
assurances, is only something that can be assumed.

I am not interested in doing a Perry Mason on this, and I am not worried about any
VC or IB having a Turtlman reaction to it.

Now once and for all Sid, give it a rest already, and try not to make me come back and litter this thread any further with defenses to your nonsense.

If Matech doesn't want to include the name "Antaeus" in an 8K or a 10Q, there isnt a thing DCH can do about it.

But companies both large and small have customers that don't follow thru, don't pay, and in fact fail;

I can assure you that there isn't a shred of proof that you allege that one, I have admitted to you that you are right about anything, or two, that DCH is culpable.

And by the way, DCHT up a MERE 15% today, closing at the second highest price on a weekly closing basis in all of 1999,
(assuming that today is the end of the week).

There won't be any tax loss selling from 1999 investors in DCHT,

Can Ballard investors say the same?
